Which Compote:Clotilde’s Apple & Lemon or Apple & Orange Compote
- Prepare the puff pastry or just buy it to make it easier!
- Roll the pastry & cut out circles with a small bowl. Spoon some
- Compote over each circle.
- Fold the pastry dough & press edges together to seal.
- Glaze each Chausson with some eggs and make a few holes in each one of them.
- Place the Chaussons on a baking sheet & bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200C depending on the size.
- Let them cool down & enjoy!
