Chausson Aux Pommes

Which Compote:Clotilde’s Apple & Lemon or Apple & Orange Compote

Ingredients:Puff Pastry

  1. Prepare the puff pastry or just buy it to make it easier!
  2. Roll the pastry & cut out circles with a small bowl. Spoon some
  3. Compote over each circle.
  4. Fold the pastry dough & press edges together to seal.
  5. Glaze each Chausson with some eggs and make a few holes in each one of them.
  6. Place the Chaussons on a baking sheet & bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200C depending on the size.
  7. Let them cool down & enjoy!
