Which Compote:Clotilde’s Apple & Blackberry Compote
Ingredients:310g caster sugar, 5 eggs, 1 pinch salt, 135g cream, 240g flour, 4g baking powder, 80g butter, 4 to 5 tablespoons
- Mix the sugar, the eggs, the salt & the cream
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture
- Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Finally add the compote.
- Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 160C
