Muffins with Apple & Blackberry Compote

Which Compote:Clotilde’s Apple & Blackberry Compote

Ingredients:310g caster sugar, 5 eggs, 1 pinch salt, 135g cream, 240g flour, 4g baking powder, 80g butter, 4 to 5 tablespoons

  1. Mix the sugar, the eggs, the salt & the cream
  2. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Finally add the compote.
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 160C
